See the room before you ever knock.
KOZY swaps photo grids for full video walk-throughs. Swipe real rooms, meet verified roommates, and chat only when a place actually feels right — starting in New York City.
Photos hide things. Video doesn't.
Video-first listings
Every listing opens as a full walk-through reel — the light, the noise, the actual size. No wide-angle tricks.
Verified people
Three trust levels, up to government-ID verification, so you know who you're really talking to.
Search on the map
Browse by neighborhood with live price pills, filter by budget, room type, and lifestyle match.
Chat when ready
Send a chat request only when a place clicks. Owners accept before a conversation ever starts.
From first swipe to move-in.
Watch
Swipe through video reels of real rooms near you — every detail, before you spend a subway ride.
Match
Like a place, check the roommate's verified profile and lifestyle, then send a chat request.
Move in
Agree on the details in chat and take the room — no blind visits, no surprises on day one.
